Cheg-Kim Ponies also maintains a small, select herd of
Watusi cattle.  We often have cattle available and
welcome inquiries!  Most of our stock is foundation
pure however a few of our older cows are native pure.
Most are the traditional red but can be various shades,
spotted and white.

Watusi can have bulbous, lyre or lateral type horns.
We have all three styles in the herd.

Watusi produce naturally lean beef that is very low in
fat and low in cholesterol.  They are a breed native to
Africa where they were considered sacred.  They are
known for their long, large circumference horns.

For more information on Watusi cattle please visit
Ankole-Watusi International Registry.
